Bone, tissue and titanium. Surgical cases are where the gap between an average clinician and an exceptional one is widest — and where matching matters most.
Rebuilding what is missing, failing or beyond saving. These are the cases where the surgeon you get decides the result you live with. We screen your case against the credential, the case volume and the technology it actually needs, then make one introduction. Free, and usually within a few hours.

A titanium root replaced well lasts decades. Placed a few degrees wrong, it becomes a restorative problem that no crown can hide.

A full arch of fixed teeth carried by four to six implants. It is the highest-value case in dentistry, which is exactly why it attracts clinicians who should not be doing it.

Extraction, implant placement and a fixed set of teeth inside a single appointment. Genuinely possible — and genuinely not appropriate for everyone who wants it.

Gum tissue does not grow back on its own. Once recession exposes root, only surgery restores the cover — and the window for a simple repair narrows every year.

How a tooth comes out determines what can be built there afterwards. The socket you leave behind is the site your future implant has to live in.

Surgical cases punish the wrong choice hardest.
Bone, tissue and titanium. Surgical cases are where the gap between an average clinician and an exceptional one is widest — and where matching matters most.
We do not own a clinic, and no practice in our network can pay for priority. The terms are fixed in advance and identical for everyone, which means the only variable left in the recommendation is whether they are right for your case.
Surgical questions
Asked before every surgical case.
Straight answers, including the ones that cost us the referral.
It depends on the case. Straightforward single implants are placed competently by many general dentists with surgical training. Full arch cases, grafting, sinus lifts and impacted third molars near the nerve belong with an oral surgeon or periodontist who does them weekly. We screen for procedure-specific volume rather than for the title on the door, because the two do not always correspond.
Only a CBCT scan answers that. It measures the height and width of bone at the site and shows where the sinus and nerve run. Any surgical plan proposed without a 3D scan is a plan made without the information that determines it. If you have been quoted for implants from a panoramic radiograph alone, that is worth a second opinion.
A single implant with crown generally runs $3,500 to $6,000. A full arch on four to six implants is $22,000 to $35,000. Extractions are $200 to $800 depending on complexity, and gum grafting $900 to $1,600 per tooth. Full mouth reconstruction spans $30,000 to $90,000-plus. We help you read a quote and see what has been left out of it.
Yes, and for longer surgical appointments it is usually the right choice. Options run from nitrous oxide through oral sedation to IV sedation and general anaesthesia. IV sedation requires specific licensure in Florida, which we verify for any practice we match you to for a sedation case.
You should, on anything above about $10,000 or anything irreversible. Surgical plans vary widely in both approach and price for the same mouth. Send us the plan, the quote and any imaging you have, and we will route you to an appropriately credentialled specialist for an independent reading.
